XYT H180-4F series motors are specially designed for cotton spinning factory and textile machinery manufacturers. Compared with traditional three-phase ac asynchronous motor , this series motors have the following advantages:
1, High Efficiency: The principle of motor design is to improve the motor efficiency through no rotor losses (no rotor aluminum loss and no rotor iron loss). Compared with asynchronous motors, this type motors have higher efficiency (more than 5%~8%). By efficiency test, we can find efficiency of XYT series can reach IE4 standard and GB18613-2012 level 1 standard.
2, High Power Factor: XYT series motors do not need reactive excitation current, so its power factor can be significantly enhanced to the limiting value1.0 in theory, 0.95 in nature. Its operation current is relatively small
3, Constant Synchronous torque: The speed of asynchronous motor will changed followed the load fluctuation which will effect the product quality in cotton spinning industry. But our XYT H180-4F series motors have constant speed which can ensure the output and quality in cotton spinning industry.

       For example, changing 18.5KW inverter duty motor into 18.5KW water-cooling permanent magnet synchronous inverter duty three-phase motor,  it can save 22(PM)+20(water-cooling)=42 kilowatt – hour.
